These policies help keep the work clear before project details, formula files, or manufacturing conversations begin.
Paid calls
The Product Clarity Call is a paid strategy session. It is designed to identify the right next step, not to replace a full audit, strategy sprint, custom formula, or manufacturing engagement.
Formulation audits
The Formulation Audit provides analysis, risk flags, and strategic recommendations for an existing formula. It does not include a corrected formula, reformulation, regulatory approval, or production management.
Strategy sprints
Product Concept / Trend Strategy Sprints produce product direction and launch-ready thinking before formulation begins. They may include positioning, trend direction, target customer, hero ingredients, claims angle, and feasibility notes.
Custom projects
Custom formulation and reformulation projects are scoped by proposal after review. Timelines depend on product type, complexity, feedback rounds, testing needs, and production requirements.
Manufacturing handoff
Manufacturing handoff support prepares project information for lab or production conversations. Manufacturing quotes, MOQs, production timelines, and production agreements are handled separately by the production partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No guarantee of approval or launch
Cire Chemistry provides technical and strategic support, but testing results, regulatory requirements, manufacturer acceptance, packaging compatibility, and market outcomes depend on variables outside the scope of standard services.
